Senior Adults
Loving one another and our church in our later years
There is an important ministry to be had in getting seniors together with seniors, for their encouragement, and for sharing the gospel among their peers.
Value in Older Age
We want our older members to know their dignity before God and express their valuable gifts in service to the church.
Praying Together
We want to be an integral part of God’s ongoing work in our church for his gospel, and so when we gather, we gather to pray.
Reaching Our Friends
We want to see the Lord save men and women in the senior age group among our friends and family.
Opportunities
Regular Gatherings
A monthly lunch or brunch meal which includes updates on ministry areas or mission partners, prayer, and a brief challenge from God’s Word from a guest speaker. Periodic ice cream socials offer an informal chance to cultivate friendships.
Prayer List
An email prayer list is maintained for time-sensitive group prayer updates.
